My 2nd grade scholars have had it rough in their schooling experience. The world shut down when they were in kindergarten and, as a result, their educational experiences have varied from no support during at-home learning to in-class teacher instruction. The items I have chosen for my classroom are varied because of the varied needs of my scholars. The headphones and wireless mice on the list will help them more easily navigate through their educational programs on the computers that we use in the class, and replace headphones that have broken since the beginning of the year. The seat sacks will allow them to have everything they need at their fingertips during instruction, which will cut down on transition time. Additionally, this product helps the scholars learn organizational skills and how to take care of their own area - a skill that is increasingly lacking in many kids this age. Thank you for helping to fund this project and help my scholars be successful this year and in years to come. I cannot express how grateful I am to be a teacher, even in the midst of the turmoil that a global pandemic brings.
