In yearbook class, every student is a contributor. However, with 30 students and only 12 cameras, it is difficult to provide every student with equitable opportunities to collect photographs for inclusion in the yearbook. These new cameras will make it much easier for EVERY student to hone photo composition skills and become credited photographers in the yearbook. In addition, these new cameras will help students learn technology skills associated with using digital cameras, including camera settings and using SD cards to download images from to a computer and uploading them into the yearbook editing program.
