The Nevada Academic Content Standards addressed in the units in which these books will be used are inclusive of ELA RL.9-10.1 through RL.9-10.9. This project will ensure safe and healthy in-person learning environments conducive to students’ social emotional and academic development by giving them physical books to read that we don't already have in our school's book room. It will put all kids on a level playing field, empowering them to feel better about their learning and set them up for success to meet the NVACS related to the units that use these books.
