When you check out a book at the library, finding a nice, comfortable reading spot makes reading all that more enjoyable. By adding soft, comfortable, child-sized reading couches to the library, the idea of being able to curl up with a good book is more a reality. Our library now has a few chairs to sit on or the floor, but the couch area can provide a soft area that is more welcoming to students while being easy to maintain and easy to clean. It can allow a quiet space for children to come in and decompress with a good book or share a great story with their friends.
