Our robotics student's and team need more devices to work with our robots. The school Chromebooks that we use are great for online work like VEXVr, but with physical robots Chrome is not always an option. Many times we will rely on students to use personal phones (if they have them) to write code and import data to the robots that we do have. The extra device and robot brain will mostly impact the after school robotics team so that in a covid era, students will be able to have more time hands on with the equpment. Pre-covid students would have no problems passing materials around sitting side by side. These supplies would help to spread us out while still incorporating the teamwork that is essential for success.
