The curriculum we would like to use will assist students with their emotional and social needs by providing lessons to teach them the necessary skills to deal with issues and needs that arise in their lives. The curriculum will also teach the students important skills to assist with their post secondary outcomes include daily living skills, social skills and adaptive skills. My students need access to curriculum that will build upon their current skills and assist in the development of new skills. This curriculum will help my students both at school and in the their daily lives in the community and at home.
