These resources all for my students to keep learning regardless of our learning model. From in school, hybrid to distance learning... the learning never stops. Precious learning time is not lost. Students can use these books during our guided reading time in class then take them home to keep practicing through family engagement then back to school. There’s nothing like having a book in hands when learning to read. Kindergarten establishes the foundation for their entire life. These resources will propel them to an entire world of reading that will foster their comprehension through engaging colorful pictures. This project will promote the Nevada Academic Content Standards RF.K.1 and RF.K.3 by allowing students to practice concepts of print and phonics and word recognition. With these books, students will have books in their hands regardless if learning is in the classroom or at home during distance learning affected by Covid during quarantine.
