These materials will make a difference for my students by helping them develop pre-writing skills in a new and exciting way. The project is requesting sensory and fine motor activities to promote eye-hand coordination, shoulder stability, tactile feedback, and visual attention, in preparation for academic tasks. The items requested are all in-hand manipulatives to provide appropriate sensory feedback while enhancing fine/visual motor skills. If this project is funded, I will be able to provide each student with their own specific sensory and visual perceptive motor skills they need to reach their therapeutic potential and achieve their academic goals.
