These resources promote Nevada Academic Content Standards and fulfill a COVID-related learning need in my class because as a first year teacher, I need all the supplies and resources I can get, however, they are very expensive. I would like my students to be able to utilize math manipulatives to support their learning and addition/subtraction strategies. As for my classroom library, students need to be reading independently, small group, and whole group to enrich their language, literacy, and fluency as they progress to the intermediate grades. This project would help our classroom immensely and get us the resources we need in order to thrive in and out of the classroom!
