Every week my students have 3 hours of advisory, and I am trying to get more community building activities for us to do together. After 1.5 years of distance learning, I think community building and SEL are very important. While these materials are not directly tied into my math instruction, I want my class to be a safe and relaxing space for my students. I also want students to have the opportunity to get a snack when they need one. With Halloween around the corner, I am also trying to carve pumpkins and do Halloween crafts with my advisory students.

About my class
