These materials will be used to enhance the student's learning. The books will be used for reference material and will be used to help the HOSA teams prepare for competitions which can lead to college scholarships creating a pathway for further education for students who may not have other opportunities. The games will be used to give the students a chance to use what they have learned in the lessons in a fun and interactive way which leads to them retaining more material. These donations will help increase knowledge in many areas: hands-on, critical thinking, along making decisions on the go. All of these things that I mentioned will help these students become more aware of what it takes to become Healthcare Professionals and prepare them to lead the future of medicine in the upcoming healthcare shortages predicted in our future.
