As a first-grade teacher coming out of college, I am requesting materials to help students' privacy. Our classroom is asking for a mailbox and privacy dividers. Every student should be able to have their mailbox. This tool will be used for receiving back graded assessments as well as essential newsletters. Having a mailbox protects students' privacy from others knowing or seeing their grades. In addition, I have also requested privacy dividers. Privacy shields help students focus on their work and eliminate distractions. My students will be less distractive when they are focusing on meaningful work and have a peace of mind knowing that they are the only ones able to see their mail.
