Exploring Magnetic Levitation Our 7th grade students love learning science in real-world settings. In this exploration, students will test how many magnets propel a maglev car the farthest using the potential energy of the magnets, transferring that energy to kinetic energy. The students’ love for science will be nurtured with these science tools, magnets and batteries. These tools will help students understand how magnetic fields work, and excite them into asking those important questions and investigate the answers through learning. This investigation will allow us to use the valuable in-person time learning about real world applications of science.
