These items will give students the opportunity to have a safe space they can turn to to explore their feelings, their behaviors and their social interactions. Students will feel comfortable coming to this space, sharing their thoughts and speaking their minds. This space will allow students to reflect on their goals, their social needs, their emotional needs and help them take those first steps to find coping skills that they can take with them through the rest of their schooling and their lives. Students will also have a space to come to for resources that they may not have access to at home, including sanitary napkins.
