I am implementing a Tier 3 school-wide math intervention program for low-income English Language Learners. The school possesses limited resources, and the students are in great need to access learning despite these impediments. My students will use the hands-on materials including the multiplication games, flashcards, and other materials which were selected to be used to facilitate access to the Math Common Core Curriculum by tapping into the students' learning modalities. This group of students scored two grade levels below according to the Math Star assessment. There is a great urgency to bridge the academic gap and make learning equitable for these English Language Learners.

About my class
