COMMUNICATION IS KEY! These activities will get my students more engaged and excited about reading. The story telling kit will allow my students to comprehend what is being read to them with manipulative and making speech therapy fun! This will help the students be engaged throughout story telling and allow them to expand on their communication. It is amazing what a child's mind can take in when they think they are "just playing". I just know these materials will encourage a love or learning for many years to come. My students will be able to access common core goals while making it fun. The sequencing kit will help the students allow them to expand on their language and help them communicate with others to retell what occurs day to day. The story telling kit, the sequencing materials will help my students be more engaged and empower them to use their language more consistently. Increasing their power of language will further assist in their self motivation and be encouraged to speak to their family and friends without being afraid!
