Tablets will assist them the ability to use their voice in academics, when when they cannot use their own. Because of their severe cognitive and physical disabilities, they need technology to communicate with staff and peers while in the classroom and out in the community school community outings. Given the right technology, they will gain independence a voice that would not be possible without assistive tech. When given the opportunity, they will be able to convey their needs, thoughts and ideas. Technology wiill make them feel as though they are heard.

About my class
