I plan to use the tablet and voice amplifier to enhance my lessons. I do not have paper bound teacher editions of the Amplify curriculum that we are using. It will help me immensely to be able to access the teacher materials on an tablet while I am teaching. I will also be able to more easily track behavior and participation as well as monitor student browsing without having to go behind my desk as often. Sometimes by the end of the day I have started to lose my voice and have trouble projecting, especially through my face mask. I believe a voice amplifier will make it easier for my students to hear me and to understand what I am saying. I will also be able to use it for when a specific student is reading aloud in class. Finally, having a printer in our room will be great for when I unexpectedly need an extra hard copy. The printer I am able to use for my class is in another building and I have five classes in a row before I am able to use it. I would love to be able to print right in my classroom without having to walk across campus!
