Northwest Elementary School is located in the Belvoir area in Pitt County where we currently serve 405 students from Pre-Kindergarten through Fifth grade. Northwest Elementary is a Title 1 School with 100% of our students receiving free breakfast and lunch. Throughout the school year we usually have many events that allow us to empower our students as well as their families, such as, Muffins with Mom, Donuts with Dad, Grandparents Day, a Career Fair, Back to School Curriculum Night, a Teddy Bear Hospital, Pizza Bingo, and many others family oriented events. We have a special event at Northwest Elementary next month, our Annual Fall Festival! we had to cancel last year due to COVID and it was missed by all, especially our students. This year our event will be Thursday, October 248h, 2021 from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm. With all that's happened, this event is much needed for our students as well as their families and our staff. There will be a host of other things for the entire family to enjoy; Such as Hay Rides, a Spooky House, Face Painting, a Cake Walk, various games and activities, and many more.
