The trampoline and wobble chairs will support students with autism movement that is needed to organize their thoughts and aid with executive functioning to increase progress in the general education setting. Leaving the classroom to go on walks is not an option as there is a loss of instructional time for students with autism. Too much instructional time is lost when a student needs to leave the class for breaks. The wobble chairs will provide subtle movement while working independently. The trampolines will provide whole body movements for those students that require larger gross motor movement as well an an incentive for accomplishing tasks.
