We recently moved into the old Home Economics room, and now have access to five kitchenettes. We have started a Coffee Cafe and Lunch Service to provide students with necessary vocational AND independent living skills. We now have both the environment and the programming to help our students achieve their goals. The only problem? Home Ec hasn´t been taught in years and our school´s cooking ware and utilities are extremely outdated! In order to provide a safe, sanitary and realistic experience to our students, we need a variety of new cookware, tools and equipment.

About my class
