These materials will make a difference in my scholars learning by adding a component of technology that is currently missing. I plan to incorporate the Quest 2 All-In-One Virtual Reality Headset in project based learning. This device will allow students to explore geography and parts of the world that may seem out of their reach. It is my hope that these experiences, along with research, will spark a curiosity and desire to travel outside the confines of our community. One of our units of study is Animal Habitats. During this unit scholars will learn about ecosystems, urban wildlife, and animal adaptations. The Quest 2 All-In-One Virtual Reality Headset will afford students access to places like the Sahara desert that they will read about.
