Kids will be able to learn basic gymnastics movement . we will be doing summermsalts, cartwheeels, barrel rolls, round off, headstands and handstands! we will also use them in our obstacle courses for gymnastics or a soft place to land from the swinging ropes or hurdles. These activities will lead to other manipulative in Middle and highschool. Students can graduate to flips, dance routines and others. Mats will also be used during quiet times to calm down and relax if needed for stress , trauma or just being tired at school!

About my class
