White board easels to conduct small group tutorial sessions will help my students understand concepts in their academic classes leading to a college going culture. Students work in groups of 8 to work through point of confusion, questions, and use the inquiry process to come to an understanding. This process helps students be prepared for college level study groups. Students will use individual white boards for each of their groups so they can write down answers to the inquiry questions and steps they took to the understanding of their point of confusion question.
