The materials that I’m requesting will help enhance my students' critical thinking skills and give them a hands-on experience with a variety of manipulatives to stimulate learning. Children have constantly been on their computers due to the pandemic and pivoting to virtual learning due to quarantine. It’s my desire to give my students additional hands-on experiences which stimulate creativity and higher-order thinking skills. It is my goal to help close the learning gaps caused by the global pandemic with the implementation of more hands-on learning opportunities.
