Our current refrigerator broke down over the summer and we have nowhere to keep the food for our cooking class. As of now we are not able to cook food that are not stuffed full with preservatives. Fresh foods require refrigeration and without a place to store fresh food, we are not able to cook and store these type of foods. With this refrigerator, not only with this class benefit, but my future classes will be able to cook fresh, healthy foods on a budget. This will help our students be more self sufficient and healthier.
