Teaching kindergarten is amazing. Getting to watch them grow, learn, and establish their base for learning is such a special experience. Every day, my heart is warned as I watch my students learn. I teach in a school where the majority of my students are from low income families and are children of color. But like all children, they are eager to learn and they seek knowledge so quickly. Teaching comes with hardships and difficulties. One of these is that we often don't have the supplies or items we need to create the most engaging lessons possible. But with the help I receive on Donor Choose, my students can get all the items and opportunities they need.
