Students will learn to regulate their emotions , thoughts and behaviors while engaged in specific physical activities. They will learn to effectively manage stress, control impulses and motivate themselves to engage in proper sports play safely. The students will use these materials and learn to apply knowledge of concepts and strategies that relate to movement and performance safely. Social and emotional learning skills will also be touched on to address the individual students' personal goals. Safe play and teambuilding will also be explored while using shared materials in PE Class.

About my class
