Our students will be able to learn not only a skill to help them now, but it will help them learn a life skill that will transition into their future. Your donations will help us to create experiences and exposure for our students that may otherwise not have the opportunity to come across. For many of them, this could be the experience they need to make a decision on what career field they decide to go into in the future. The cookware, Immersion blenders and other measuring equipment will allow students to be able to learn to cook a variety of foods increasing their knowledge and skills in the kitchen. When I started on this campus I walked into a beautiful brand new kitchen but due to budget shortages, I was unable to purchase kitchen equipment. The equipment that I am hoping to replace are pots, pans, measuring cups, measuring spoons, and blenders. The equipment we do have is dated, incomplete and our pots and pans are badly scratched or broken.
