My students will be working on this yearly project where they will be working on a research project about animals and their families. Because of the pandemic, our school library has been unavailable and hundreds of books were lost. My resources have been reduce tremendously. With this help, I will have valuable, inspirational animal books for the students to use. These books are going to connect to my animal research projects. First, the students will use the books as a primary resource to find information about the animal they are studying. They will write notes on their graphic organizers, create personal books, and shared their findings with their classmates. This project is designed to help them research, read, and write in a meaningful way.
