The use of headphones is needed for daily learning in our technology driven learning environment. Headphones will allow my students to have a quiet learning space within an engaging classroom setting. The headphones will allow students work in small group and focus on individual learning task. What becomes a problem is that in a small classroom of 26 students, often the engagement of others disrupts their peers. The headphones are needed to provide the most optimum learning environment for each student. My students come to school, even during the pandemic, ready to learn. We are unable to share supplies or other things else during this time. Having headphones for my students will assist in their learning.
