With these books, my students will be able to read with their parents, who only speak Spanish, at home. It would help them to create a reading culture, and solidify the reading skills that they are learning at school. I would also make them feel proud of their cultural heritage, and create a reading routine that is not possible now. I want to create this rotating library to allow my English Learners to access books in their native language and have the same opportunities as their peers. I already bought some materials with my own money, but books are truly expensive.
