When my students walk in the classroom, they know to grab a disinfectant wipe and clean their desk/desk shield before getting started for the day. This helps ensure cleanliness between class periods. After school, I spray every thing down with Lysol to ensure that every thing in the classroom is disinfected for the next day! Students use hand sanitizer so much in the classroom especially since they have to eat in the classroom. I have instilled in my students to stay as clean and as safe as possible. Anything they use from my desk or another student (scissors, pens, etc.) they know to disinfect before returning it. These items will help to keep that pattern in the classroom.
