I have requested a printer with replacement ink to keep in my office. My office is a safe space for students to come and talk. I speak to many students about things that may be bothering them or to give them a pep talk! Privacy with these students is highly important. Sometimes, we may discuss something and it is written out but we do not want it go to to the main printer room where the sensitive information could potentially get lost. Having this printer close by for needs of parents, students and myself would make life much less chaotic. I will be able to print out IEPs, personal plans, items for our GSA, and more!
