I am requesting new hockey sticks. Hockey is a fast paced, competitive sport that many of my students have not yet had the opportunity to learn. If we are gifted these hockey sticks, my students will have the opportunity to learn and or more fully develop many skills. Running down the gym floor while handling the hockey stick to push the puck will stretch my students to strengthen their team building skills when trying to score or defend a goal, increase their cardiovascular endurance, develop their gross and fine motor skills, and establish discipline, respect, and humility not only for hockey itself, but for their fellow students, and most importantly, for themselves! I am excited to have the opportunity to teach Hockey to my students!

About my class
