It is very difficult to teach beginner band without any instruments. These items will allow my students to gain the full experience in beginner band. They will be able to practice and build muscles through breathing properly and buzzing through the mouth piece. Then moving to the instrument they will build finger strength and abdominal strength while playing these instruments. I believe this will help my students not only gain a skill, but gain focus and memory strength. This will also keep most students distracted from trouble and allow for future scholarships for college through music. These instruments will also allow them to understand basic music and will work hand in hand with other subjects.
