Sharing and interacting in a group is a huge part of second grade. At recess and in the classroom I love to teach my students how to share with one another and work together. My students always ask for items to play with and share with their friends at recess. Simple things like passing the ball to one another teach them lifelong skills. They learn to communicate their next move and they work on their social skills when playing with one another. I love to see my students playing games with one another and this carries over into the classroom, helping them build strong relationships. When they are working together everything flows better as a whole.

About my class
