We will use these materials to help us write about our reading! We will turn our notebooks into reading journals where we will record what we’ve read. Collecting lists of titles and responding to a text. We will log new words we’ve learned, and watch our vocabularies blossom. We will write our ideas about a text, and share them with others. We will use the post-its to collect our thoughts as we read and to share feedback with each other. The pencils make sure we will always be prepared to write! ( Pencils have a way of escaping us!)
