This project is to help create a safe and calming space for my students to come to when they are feeling anxious, depressed or over stimulated. Many of my students have been home for 18 months and acclimating back into school has been challenging. This project will allow my students to work together to create a place they feel calm and safe in these uncertain times. Students have expressed a desire to create a space they can escape to. They describe this space to have salt rocks, plants and "zen music."

About my class
