These books that I requested will help teach my students how to be more kind, empathetic and compassionate ,reflect on their feelings and how they could respond instead of reacting to situations. The worry monster plush toy will be used to acknowledge their concerns and worries they might express. The social skills book will be helpful in designing lessons to improve the student's social skills - to initiate making friends, teach problem solving skills and how to regulate their emotions. The worksheets will aid in engaging the students better and improve their communication skills and help them become good team players!

About my class
