With limited water fountains and hydrating stations on campus a lot of our students don’t have access to water. During P.E. they need to have water available so that they can stay hydrated and able to participate in their class. They were asked to bring their own reusabe water bottles from home, but the majority are from low-income households which means they may not have these available. This opportunity will allow me to show my students that I care for them as people, not just when they are in my classroom. I want my students to know that there are people out there that also care for them and their well-being. I promise to make sure that everyone of my students that is currently taking PE and needs a water bottle receives one and knows that it came from people that care.
