Because of the pandemic, kids are struggling with mental health more than ever. It’s a proven fact that physical exercise releases endorphins that help the brain and body feel better. It’s my goal to get my students excited about PE class by having fun games and equipment to use! I believe when a child is excited about what they are doing, they are much more likely to give it their all and get the most out of it! All of the equipment I am requesting will aid in getting my students excited about class, while encouraging them to have fun and be competitive. I look forward to part wrong with you in fostering a love of exercise that will hopefully help my students feel better all around: mind, body, and soul!
