To ensure my students have every academic advantage necessary to excel in our community and, perhaps most importantly, society at large, I am reaching out in hopes that you will join me in my classroom’s donation program. Biz Stone, an American entrepreneur, is quoted as saying: “Even the simplest tools can empower people to do great things.” I am also a big believer that even the most basic of equipment, such as headphones, may make a significant difference in how my students learn. Unfortunately, at times like these, the capacity of both parents and school systems, like ours, to get the resources needed to assist our children surprise us all by exceeding our expectations, has been hindered. That is why I am requesting your assistance in giving a class set of headphones so that my intensive students may access basic, yet important, programming such as Read 180 Universal. This class set of headphones will not only help students focus better while doing computer work but will also allow them to construct a personalized lesson that is tailored to their specific needs.
