By adding self regulation poster reminders and tools, this cozy area will help me to teach my PreK students to stay calm in a chaotic world. I will use this safe area to help them learn self-help techniques that will empower them to be functioning citizens in our society. As of now when they are overwhelmed by big emotions, they often seek solitude under a table. They need a safe place where I can help them learn to seek calm and collective techniques so they can become fully functioning citizens of their communities, states, nations, and world.
