These learning materials will help increase student engagement during instruction, making them more likely to retain new content and information so that they may apply it during their independent practices within the classroom and even outside of it. My students are a group of bright leaders and I want them to have the opportunity to indulge in learning activities through alternatively fun and creative ways, in which these resources will help provide for them. Through the use of dry erase boards, clipboards, flexible seating, and a diverse set of books, our classroom instruction will be enhanced as my students' engagement and content retention will be supported. As a first-year teacher, these resources will also serve as instructional materials that I may use throughout the entirety of my teaching career as they will continue to be used as resources to facilitate positive learning and academic growth!
