These dumbbells will make a difference in helping my PE students learn because our weight room doesn't have any dumbbells lower than 20lbs. Having some lighter dumbbells will help my students learn good lifting form while they get stronger. These dumbbells will be used by the athletes at our school as well as my PE program. Every Friday we do a PE activity called "Fitness Friday" where I set up 15 plus stations around the gym floor that work on agility, strength, and speed. One of these stations include dumbbells for both upper and lower body exercises. My students who aren't as strong really struggle with proper form and getting a good workout in because we don't have any lighter dumbbells. My students' favorite stations on Fitness Fridays are the weight lifting ones. Please help my students be able to grow in their love for weight lifting by donating towards these dumbbells.
