The equipment purchased will help our team train for strength and speed which will help each athlete meet their own personal goals and set personal records. Track is all about personal growth and individual development, so every single tool we use is important to each athlete. The training sleds will help with strength by providing resistance while running, and the mini-hurdles will help to develop agility. Our hard-working throwers need a measuring tape in order to track their throws and see their progress which is important to the next success. Having these tools and equipment will give our athletes an advantage in our training sessions that will translate to individual success in competition.
