I am a first year teacher and cannot wait to share all the items listed with them. All the items will be used during our small group instruction. These tools and resources will be used to enhance students' learning by using hands-on tools. The items listed are visual, auditory and kinesthetic aids that can meet the different needs of each student in my classroom. No two students are the same, the class requires different manipulatives and tools to cater to each and one of them. The items listed such as the "tactile letters" and "Find the Letter Activity Center" can be beneficial to my students who have difficulty identifying and writting letters. The "Lakeshore Counting Cones" will help my students use a hands-on tool to help them practice counting up to 10 using fun ice cream scoops. Having "white boards with the number line and 10 frame" would be helpful because students become stuck on writing the number line and 10 frame when trying to solve word problems.
