My high school students are studying college-level psychology. Focusing on mental health education is more important now than ever. By learning about the biology of mental health, students learn to make healthy choices, ask for help when they need mental health support, and how to help loved ones who struggle with mental illness. In order to show them the different parts of the endocrine and nervous systems, it is helpful for them to be able to access online diagrams, videos of brain dissections, and educational escape rooms. When each student has their own device, they can collaborate smoothly and improve their research and writing skills.
