Mental Health Awareness, Emotional regulation, Coping skills, and grounding skills will be learned utilizing the resources donated. My students ar e at a pivotal age to learn how to control their emotion and make good sound decisions. By creating a space they feel comfortable being themselves, will help free them and foster learning new ways to problem solve and handle many life changing decisions they may have to make in life.
